Subscriptions

If you intend to draghunt regularly, this is by far the best value option. A subscription entitles you to draghunt on every available day during a full or half season.  Subscriptions for the upcoming season are due from 1st May 2026 and must be paid in full before the start of the Season (Opening Meet).  Subscriptions are non-refundable after the start of the Season (Opening Meet).

Non-riding subscription

We welcome subscribers who prefer to keep their feet firmly on the the ground! Please email the Draghound Secretaries for details and benefits of this subscription.  Non-riding Subscriptions are non-refundable after the start of the Season (Opening Meet).

Rates

Junior is under 18 years or a full time student (student ID required), a Child is 13 years and under. Military is active serving Military.  Subscribers with other draghunts are entitled to the Military rate upon confirmation of their Subscription.

Early Bird

A 10% reduction on all subcriptions is available until the 1st of July 2026.  These must be paid in full by this date to qualify for the discount.  Early Bird Subscriptions are non-refundable after the start of the Season (Opening Meet).

Booking Terms & Conditions

Please contact the Secretaries for any refunds secretary@staffcollegedraghounds.co.uk Refunds within 48 hours are only possible with a vet or medical certificate. Your booking can be moved to another event of the same type (Hound Exercise/Meet) subject to 24 hours notice.  No refunds or transfers for no shows on the day.  If any Meet or Hound Exercise is cancelled due to weather conditions, refunds are available.  Please note booking fees are non-refundable.
