The Evening is a formal affair only open to the Subscribers.

Dress is Hunt Tails or Mess Dress for those entitled, otherwise Black Tie. Ladies, dresses covering below the knee please.

A drinks reception will be held in the Foyer at 1900hrs.

Sundried Tomato & Herb Quiche,

Pickled Cucumber & Roasted Red Pepper Mousse,

Pan Seared Duck Breast with Cranberry Jus,

Onion Puree, Anna Potato,

Honey & Cumin Roasted Carrots,

Tender stem Broccoli.

(V) Mushroom ravioli with a cherry tomato and basil compote,

parmesan shavings and rocket oil

Apple Tart Tatin,

Vanilla Ice Cream,

The bar will be open at the end of the evening, last orders 2300hrs.
