Guests are able to book their bedrooms online using the code “EVENT26” in the Promotion code box on our website.

The event is taking place in the Mansion building at the hotel.

Guests may sign up to be an Applause Member on our website and rates may vary either higher or lower than the set event rate. If guests choose not to use the EVENT26 code then they should write in the comment box the name of the event they are attending.

Room rates will vary depending on the building they are booked in - Mansion, Wokefield Place or Wellington Lodge. The Best Available Rate does not include any third party sites. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

All rates are pre-payable at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No other bedrooms are being held - bedrooms will be booked on a first come first served basis. A bedroom rooming list can only be provided if you have given us all the names for the rooms. If guests book themselves we are not able to supply this.

Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 11am on weekdays and weekends. If your guests do not vacate the room by 11am they will incur a charge.

We suggest guests arrive ready to the hotel where the event is taking place prior to check in. Early check in is not guaranteed unless a bedroom has been booked for two nights arriving the night prior to the event date. Changing facilities are located in the leisure centre in Wokefield Place.
