Remembrance Day - Barossa

All foot followers MUST book a free ticket via the website, if using a mobile phone there is a further ticket option that will appear under ‘more prices’. If you are not booked in security will turn you away.

🕚 Timings:

• 11:50hrs – Gather at Robertson House for the Act of Remembrance

• 12:00 hrs – Two minutes’ silence

• 12:20 hrs – Stirrup Cup and Meet

🐾 Dress: Traditional hunt turnout, plaited please. Service dress for those entitled with no Medals (no plaits if in uniform). Please wear a Poppy. Horses may wear a purple Poppy.

You MUST be pre-booked for this meet. Bookings close on Friday, no exceptions! There is an option for grooms / foot followers to book in on the website, without your name and car details you will not gain access to the Academy.

Foot followers - you will need to follow on foot or bike, no cars on the training area once we leave the meet.

Foot following instructions

Due to our licence to draghunt on defence estate, non-official vehicles are not allowed. Foot following therefore will be limited. However, after the service of remembrance, leave the academy and move to Dawney Rd to park, please do so responsibly and do not block any driveways. You must have your carpass and personal pass on you to re-enter the academy.

Enter the Barossa area at ///relocated.decoding.obtain and walk to:

Line 1 double jump:

Once we have past you, go back to the main track and move to line 2, there are two options here:
