Easter Monday Guided Ride, Four Seasons Hotel, Hook RG27

Format of the ride: To note, this is a large, group, guided ride around the hotel estate and surrounding farmland. This will be in walk, trot and canter. Members of The Staff College Drag team will be mounted and available to help on the day.

Dress Code: Ratcatcher/Tweed, no need to plait but please ensure horses are smartly turned out with their hooves polished.

Parking: ***NO ACCESS TO HOTEL LAND BEFORE 1000am. BOXES/TRAILERS WILL BE TURNED AWAY***

Horse boxes / trailers: DO NOT GO IN THE MAIN ENTRANCE! To access the parking area, you MUST enter the hotel grounds via this driveway: ///pushed.starting.amaze Drive past the stables on your left and then take the first turning on the right. Follow this road up a hill and over a cattle grid at the top. Parking is on grass - a steward will show you where to park.

Foot followers: All foot followers' cars must be parked with the horses boxes so please follow the instructions above. You must then WALK up the hill to the gathering in front of the hotel. You must NOT park in the hotel car park and must NOT park on the grass verges along the drive.
