Cross Country & Pub Ride, Heckfield, Hook RG27

This Saturday we have a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a ride across some truly lovely farmland, making use of grass tracks, stubble fields, woodland, and bridleways/byways.

With our hounds having a short rest, we’ll be focusing on horse exercise to build fitness — perfect for everyone, and especially those who may not have ridden in larger groups before.

The ride will be a well-mastered field outing of walk, trot, canter, and a sprinkling of optional jumps and ditches. We’ll be out for around two hours, with a welcome pub stop midway at The Coach and Horses, Rotherwick.
