Overnight Room Rates Wokefield Estate

We have negotiated a reduced room rate at the venue for those of you who want to stay overnight.

Guests are able to book their bedrooms online using the code “EVENT25” in the Promotion code box on the website.   Room rates will vary depending on the building they are booked in - Mansion, Wokefield Place or Wellington Lodge.  The Best Available Rate does not include any third party sites.  This discount cannot be used in  conjunction with any other offer.  All rates are pre-payable at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable.  No other bedrooms are being held - bedrooms will be booked on a first come first served basis.   Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 11am.  We suggest guests arrive ready to the hotel where the event is taking place prior to check in.  Early check in is not guaranteed unless a bedroom has been booked for two nights arriving the night prior to the event date.

2. Click on ‘Book Now’

3. Put in dates etc

4. BEFORE clicking ‘Check Availability’, click on ‘Special Codes’

5. In the ‘Promotion Code’ box enter ‘EVENT25’

6. Click on ‘Check Availability’ and all room options will be listed.

Note: The Ball will be held in the Mansion House and the number of rooms in this building are limited. Rooms in other buildings are less than a 5 minute walk away.
